Project 3_Isabelle Grund

This is the text that I chose to cite for this animated text project.

"Air pollution is one of the most important avoidable risks to health globally. Air pollution has been termed the “silent killer” by the World Health Organization because its effects often go unnoticed or are not easily measured. Even when there is organ harm, it is usually attributed to an unknown or chance malfunction of that organ. Although the lungs have been the most studied organ, air pollution affects most systems. Many studies have found harmful effects of air pollution on a continuum of exposure that extends down into levels considered safe by national standards. The good news is that the problem of air pollution can be addressed and ameliorated. Improving air quality, then, may give us better and longer lives in a relatively short time."

For the background song of this project, I chose to use the instrumental of "Mr. Blue Sky" by the band E.L.O.

The effects that I used include; sliding movement, stretching movement, wave filters, and static filters.
